Yes and no. Digital Ads Platforms like ours are able to provide a wide range of analytics on your advertising, including which sites and audiences viewed your ads. But within the digital space, you can only know how many members of a certain group saw your ads and the frequency with which those ads were seen; it is not possible to know specifically which individual within that group saw your ads.
So, while we can put personally identifiable information (PII) into the system to match with an ad audience, it is not possible to know exactly who on that list matched or whether specific users saw your ads. We are able to know what ad viewers look like as an aggregate audience, but it is impossible to know specifically which members of that group saw the ads or interacted with your ads.
