Your 'Wallet' is where your account's funds and transactions are managed. If you'd like for your team members to be able to set up and run digital ads without having access to your credit card or bank account directly, you can achieve this by adding prepaid funds to your wallet—that way, your team members will only have access to the limited pool of money that you have already transferred into the platform.

Many users also decide it is advantageous to transfer a bulk sum of money into your account proactively—typically around campaign reporting deadlines (i.e. to show a big buy), or before the end of the year (i.e. for tax planning purposes).

There are two ways to access your wallet from your home screen:

  1. Click “Manage Wallet” in the bottom left box on your homescreen.

  2. Click “Wallet” at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu.

When you navigate to your wallet, select the “Add Funds” button in the top right corner to open the dialogue box. Enter the amount you want to add to your wallet, then choose your payment method and click “Submit Payment.” 

If you have stored payment information, your default method will be selected and you will be asked to confirm the purchase, including any applicable fees. You can change the payment method by selecting the back arrow.

If you do not have stored payment information, you will be prompted to enter your payment information securely before proceeding to confirmation.

When your payment has processed successfully, you will see the funds appear in your wallet at the top of the screen.
