If you have an Organization Account, a Campaign Account or a Business Account: Unfortunately, no. We require pre-payment in full for all advertising campaigns and any associated services in the ads platform.

We appreciate your understanding that we cannot offer any exceptions to this policy at this time.


If you have an Agency Account: We are slowly rolling out the ability to request a line of credit from our trusted payment services provider, Balance Inc. If your account is eligible for this offering you will see the option to 'Request a Line of Credit' at the top right corner of your Wallet, inside the ad platform. If you choose to request a line of credit, Balance Inc will ask you to fill out a credit application for your business and—in their sole judgement—approve or deny the credit line.

Once approved, you will see the option to pay all or a portion of your ad campaign with your line of credit, payable on a net-30 basis. You will receive an invoice for the amount due from Balance Inc directly.

If you don't yet see the option to 'Request a Line of Credit' in your account, your account is not yet eligible. Please check back at a later date or contact us if you have questions.

We have no input into the decision making for credit line requests and cannot intervene on your behalf. Please contact support@getbalance.com if you have questions about your credit line.
Financing fees may apply for those that choose this option. The Ads Platform will always offer at least one fee-free payment option for all transactions.
