We've made every effort to provide as many options for payment as possible so that the Ads Platform is easily accessible for all users.

Making a secure payment from your bank account via ACH Direct Debit is the preferred means of payment and these payments now process instantly to your wallet without any processing fees!

If you choose to pay with a Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express credit card rather than a bank payment, a small processing fee of 3% will be applied to your transaction. (Processing fees are never greater than what is charged to us by the processor.)

Both ACH Direct Debit and Credit Card payment methods can be set up directly within your Ads Platform account wallet and can be shared amongst your team (dependent on the permission levels you have provided them). Because we are a pre-pay system, we do not accept payments from third party providers (such as Bill.com, Ramp, Melio, Gusto or others).

In addition, we are pleased to offer Wire Transfer payments as an option to pre-fund your Wallet in any amount. We offer a 1% discount (up to a maximum discount of $500 per transaction) for those using this payment method.

Please note that wire transfers will show as 'Pending' in your wallet until they fully clear into our account. Most wires clear the same business day, but this is dependent on YOUR banking institution and whether you processed it prior to the wire transfer cutoff time—typically 3pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. If you don't see your funds same day please check with your bank first to obtain a 'Wire Trace ID' then reach out to our Billing Support team for further assistance if needed.

We require pre-payment in full for all advertising campaigns and any associated services. All payments made in the Ads platform are final and non-refundable.

Our payment processing is handled securely by Balance, Inc and bank accounts are connected and verified by Plaid. Your payment details are always encrypted both in-transit and at-rest, and never accessible to our team at any time. Neither us, nor Balance or Plaid, sells financial data to 3rd parties. Your financial data will be fully secured if you choose to connect a bank account or credit card to your Wallet.
