Here are the steps to update your password and regain access to your account:
Go to the login page.
Click Forgot Password located directly beneath the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Next.
Important: Email addresses are case-sensitive. Be sure to enter your email exactly as it was entered when you registered for the account.
Check your email for a six-digit authorization code.
Return to the platform and enter the authorization code when prompted.
Create and confirm your new password.
For account security, it is recommended that your password be a unique (not used on other accounts) combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
