Our ads platform is a self-service platform. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to ensure campaigns are monitored and optimized to spend in-full. Any unused ad spend will be returned to your account's wallet, and will remain valid for as long as your account remains active. Any prepaid ad spend that remains in your account's wallet may also be transferred to another ads account in our system, so long as both parties and your platform administrator agree to that transfer in writing; please contact the Billing Support team to request transfers of pre-paid Wallet funds.
If you are dissatisfied with the results of your ad campaign or with any supplemental product (such as design templates, custom audiences or managed service offerings), we want to help!
