The wallet is the central location for all payment and transaction activity within the Digital Ads platform. It is used to add payment methods, review transactions, and fund campaigns—particularly for users who do not have permission to use the account’s payment methods directly.

Access to the wallet depends on a user’s permission level.

Admins and Campaign Managers with wallet access enabled can

  • Add and remove payment methods, including credit cards and bank accounts

  • Add prepaid funds to the account wallet

  • Use wallet funds within the platform

  • View a complete history of past transactions

  • Agency Accounts may also access and manage their line of credit (if one has been approved), track invoices and pay any outstanding balances through the wallet.

Campaign Managers without wallet access

  • Can use available prepaid wallet funds

  • Cannot add or remove payment methods

  • Cannot view transaction history

  • Must request additional funds from an Admin when the wallet balance is depleted

Analytics Managers

  • Do not have access to the wallet

  • Cannot process payments

  • Cannot view transactions

Wallet permissions are controlled by Admin-level users and are assigned based on each user’s role and access settings.
