So you've pressed the launch button and...now what?

Your creative content gets processed through a mandatory, industry-wide compliance check by an independent third party auditor to ensure a) that your ads contain the correct click-through links, and b) that any regulated material (alcohol, CBD, political, etc) is handled appropriately or excluded completely. This independent audit often only takes an hour or two, and rarely more than 24 hours before going live, however please note that weekends and holidays can affect these timelines. Unfortunately, this audit process is both mandatory and out of our control. If you want to check the status of your creative audit you can look in the 'My Creatives' tab and view the column labeled 'Status' -- You will see either Approved, Rejected, or Pending.

  • Pending means that your creative audit is currently in progress. Check back in a few hours and this should be resolved without any further action needed.

  • Approved means your creative has met all requirements and is good to go!

  • Rejected means that there is something in your creative that needs to be reviewed and revised. Our team will reach out to you with more details!

    • FYI: the most common reason for rejection is a typo in the landing page that is resulting in a 'dead link' -- if that's the case, simply update the landing page url on the 'Edit Creative' page and save. This will automatically resubmit the creative for another audit review.

After your audit is complete, it's easy to check the status of all of your campaigns at a glance. First, from the dashboard navigate to and click on the 'My Campaigns' tab in the left sidebar. This will populate a list view of campaigns in all statuses associated with your account. You'll notice that the last labeled column is 'Status'. The current status will always be reflected here and will be either Running, Paused, Stopped, Draft or Completed.

Within 12-24 hours from when your ads started serving, the platform will start to process data into your Campaign Snapshot report, as well as your Analytics tab on the left sidebar.

If more than 24 hours have passed since you first launched your campaign, and your dashboard does not show your ads are running, please submit a support ticket from the help center inside your ads account.
